What I wish clients knew

I wish clients knew that we actually give it a lot of thought.

That there is a lot of energy and effort and passion put into what they are getting.

That the more they stay on top of communication, the better.

That, when we email that second time, we don’t mean to bother – we just need answers so we can move on with our work.

That they’re actually paying for expertise and knowledge and criticism and advice. And that they should really take advantage of all that.

That paying for an architect, and just as importantly, listening to an architect, will be worth their while at the end of the day.
